Pirates Captured in SIBU Tanker Raid Escape Puntland Convoy
Nineteen pirates, captured a day earlier during a raid to free the SIBU tanker, escaped from a convoy transporting them to Puntland's regional capital. The escape occurred in the Shakaal area near Jariiban as regional forces were moving the detainees, Caasimada Online news website reported.
