Two Al-Shabaab Commanders Killed in Basra Operation, Defense Ministry Reports
The Somali National Army (SNA) conducted large-scale military operations against Al-Shabaab on the outskirts of Basra, located on the border between Lower and Middle Shabelle provinces. Somalia's Defense Ministry reported that the operations successfully eliminated scores of Al-Shabaab fighters, including two commanders.
